Meet Simon
A Dedicated Coach and Mentor
Coaching Success
Having coached youth football for many years, Simon has amassed a wealth of experience to go with a successful trophy display. Not just a League Cup winning manager but he has also successfully won a few back-to-back tournaments over the years. Simon believes that the social and enjoyment aspects of his coaching style brings the best out in his players.
Coaching Impact
Simon is a highly valued coach at Chipstead FC and HP Accomplish, with lots of respect from parents and love from the children. Simon is mainly an outfield coach but with goalkeepers playing at times more with their feet he also supports with coaching that aspect of the game as well. Over the years Simon not only managed teams for Chipstead FC he also volunteered his time supporting the club's very popular Saturday morning Soccer School where the club look to develop a pathway for next season's players.
More recently Simon is helping at a local Saturday Soccer School with HP Accomplish providing an opportunity to capture more young future stars and link them to Chipstead FC a club which remains close to both himself and his family. Many new children are shy at the beginning of their first session, but thanks to Simon's ability to instill confidence into the young players they enjoyed their time and end sessions with a huge smile on their face and leave excited for the next Saturday morning.
